Panela sugar is still produced using traditional technology and by small-scale farmers. Many Certified Organic raw sugar farms, and they also use very sustainable processes. These processes protect both the environment in which the sugarcane is harvested and processed as well as the communities that traditionally produce this staple.

Yes, we have made a long-term commitment to the organic process to become certified and comply to the requirements. We confirm, both our Coconut and Panela sugars are certified. We are working on the Silverbirch.

You can use our coconut sugar in a variety of ways beyond baking. You can use it in your morning coffee, sprinkled on your breakfast, or in virtually any other place you'd use regular sugar.

No - not intentionally our packing however does also handle nuts.

Since the sugar is all-natural raw product, it tends to clump together. just give it a good shake and use a spoon to de-clump.

Yes. As a sweetener, Silverbirch is an excellent choice. Whereas some sweeteners and sugars may cause health risks, studies show multiple health benefits.
