Wow!
I got this as a free gift with purchase and i have to say, it is brilliant! I made a frosting for cookies and it worked a treat! Better still it was not even noticed as not being sugar. Everyone was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the free gift. I will be buying this when i run out.

Healthier Baking
So far, It's made very tasty buttercream for cupcakes, And i can't tell the difference between the regular sugar and this. My husband also seems to like the healthier baking I'm doing right now, As it's helping us both get healthier together.

Taste the same as sugar icing / powder
I couldn't feel any difference in taste between sugar powder and this product. Can be used anywhere, I used it on the pancakes and everyone loved it. Great quality and healthier alternative.

A natural solution to less sugar usage
I am a lover of sugar and so it's been hard for me to kick the habit. These days, I do my best with sugar alternatives for baking and sweetening up my favourite hot or cold drinks. When I was recommended this I went for it and it did not disappoint. This sweetener works well as an icing sugar alternative. A great solution!

It looks and tastes very similar to the 'normal' icing sugar, but is healthier and safer for diabetics. I'm using it in the same proportions as the regular icing sugar. I've baked apple strudels from puff pastry with dusted generously on top and no one noticed the difference. A keeper in my kitchen, like the other Silver Birch products from Bonraw. If you are considering then I would recommend you go for it!

Perfect icing sugar
This icing sugar works and tastes exactly like regular icing sugar. It was delicious piped onto my cupcakes, no once noticed it wasn't sugar. Will be using this again!
