"The texture is excellent. Slightly granular but melting readily to release sweet molasses. This product resembles a muscovado when you look at it in the tub and it has a muscovado sugar smell. This is also continued on the palate with dark molasses sweetness that gives a depth of flavour and pleasing roundness".

Coconut sugar tastes nothing like coconut, we are putting it out there! The flavour is one similar but fuller than traditional brown sugars, slightly toasted and with an appealing smoky and musky qualities.

When and how should I use coconut sugar?
You can switch out brown sugar for coconut blossom and you will get good results if you follow this rule, but note, coconut blossom sugar has a drying quality that makes it better suited to recipes with plenty of fat or moisture. It is perfect for things like banana bread; it contains oil /butter along with banana puree.

Delicious sugar instead of regular brown sugars
I couldn't be without this for my brown sugar baking. It has a deliciously unique taste and I wouldn't use anything else in my bakes. I know I am choosing the best option out there and I feel good about it!

Delicious tasting, nothing like coconut
All 3 products are amazing and make me want to try. Panela tastes amazing in tea and Silver Birch works a treat as cookie icing.
