Ingredients:
- 60ml Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
- 40ml Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- 15ml Bonraw Coconut Blossom Sugar Syrup
What Kat says about Bonraw Coconut Blossom:
“Incredible flavours and paired perfectly with a Pina Colada. I used both a 1:1 ratio and 2:1 (sugar:H2O) and it definitely had a better texture with the thicker syrup. I also mixed coconut shavings with the sugar for rimming the glass and it was utterly delicious.”
Method
- Blend with crushed ice
- Hurricane Glass or Similar
- Garnish with Coconut shavings + Coconut sugar mix glass rim, Pineapple leaf + Caramelised pineapple cube.
