Our Bee Pollen Spritz is an uplifting concoction, made with blended pineapple that’s been infused with honey and topped off with zesty citrus notes from the lime juice and Mexican lime soda. With an immune-boosting twist around the rim of the glass from BONRAW’s Organic Mountain Bee Pollen. This is a mocktail not to be missed.

Ingredients:

1 large pineapple
Generous amount of BONRAW’s Organic Mountain Bee Pollen
Honey
Lime soda water
½ lime

Method:

1. Begin by preparing your glasses by coating the rim in honey and applying a generous amount of Mountain Bee Pollen on top. (We used a large cocktail glass for this recipe, but any size will work just fine).
2. Place a spoonful of ice into each glass.
3. Chop up your pineapple into small chunks, and then put the sliced pineapple into the blender, along with the juice of half a lime and a dash of honey.
4. Blend until the mixture is silky smooth, and then pour into your prepared glasses.
5. Top each glass off with some Mexican lime soda and enjoy your alcohol-free cocktail!

Tips: 1. The drink can be made with or without a dash of honey, this totally depends on your own preference.
