While sealed, store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, to enjoy at its best, consume within 30 days and keep stored in the fridge.

Amazing stuff
I just pop a teaspoon of it into my mouth and crunch it for a minute before swallowing. Taken immediately after a tablespoon of C8 MCT oil, bee pollen is like rocket fuel for the brain - lets me to go straight to work in a focused creative state. Amazing stuff.
