Servings: Ingredients for 2  

Time: 10 minutes + time for cooling 


  • 115 g of balsamic vinegar 
  • 30 g of BONRAW Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar 


  1. To begin, add 115 g of balsamic vinegar and 30 g of Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar to a small saucepan. Stir to dissolve the coconut blossom. 
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, and then reduce the heat to medium-low.  
  3. Continue to simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it has reduced in volume by about half. This should take around 10 minutes, but this can vary depending on your cookware and burner.  When simmering bubbles begin to linger on the surface of the vinegar, your glaze is ready. 
  4. Remove the glaze from the heat and allow it to cool. It will thicken considerably as it cools. You can simmer the glaze for longer to reach your desired thickness.  
  5. Once cool, you can enjoy it with some fresh strawberries and goat cheese on bread or poured on top some delicious ice cream. You can use the glaze for whatever your heart desires! Refrigerate leftovers until ready to use.
