Don’t think about it, just add whipped cream.
Chilled, fluffy, light. A dessert is ever so lonely without a dressing of luscious whipped cream. You won’t believe that Bonraw’s Whipped Cream is completely sugar-free. (It is, we promise!)
Ingredients
- 223 g of coconut creme
- 35 g of Silver Birch icing
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions
Before you begin , chill your mixing bowl for 10 mins before you add any ingredients.
Add 235 g of coconut creme to your chilled mixing bowl. The whisk it until fluffy and smooth.
Carefully sift in 35 g of Silver Birch Icing and whisk again until the mixture is nice and airy.
For taste 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and then whisk it into the cream.
Now…. the best part. Spoon a generous amount of whipped cream onto your dessert. You could dress your pancakes , serve alongside some juicy strawberries , or pour onto a warm chocolate fudge cake.
The options are plentiful and delicious!
Tip:
Layer your whipped cream with a drizzle of Vegan Chocolate sauce for an added chocolatey twist.
