Granola made simple. This easy breakfast idea combines nature’s finest flavours such as cinnamon and dried cranberries and the quality caramel rich tones of Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar. Paired with nuts, it’s a match-made in heaven.

  • 145g BONRAW Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar
  • 312g old-fashioned oats
  • 145g raw, whole almonds
  • 145g unsalted pecan pieces
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 130g dried cranberries
  1. Preheat the oven to 130˚
  2. In a saucepan add 145g of Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar, and 2 tbsp of water. Heat over low heat (be careful not to burn) and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add 312g of old-fashioned oats, 145g of whole almonds, 145g of pecans, ½ tsp cinnamon, and ½ tsp of salt. Pour the melted sugar over and mix well.
  4. Spread the granola on a large baking tray and smooth it to an even layer and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, add the cranberries and stir. Smooth out your mixture, bake for 15 more minutes. Leave to cool, and place in an airtight container. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
